CONTEXT
KitchenAid is a world renowned American home appliance brand that focuses their communications in creating a bond with their customers through creativity and quality products. Their approach is mainly digital, with websites, social media and regional creative campaigns.
PARTNER’S NEEDS
Through their digital efforts, KitchenAid was looking to increase their brand awareness as well as grow their community, boosting interactions in social media to reach more potential clients with each of their sales strategies.
APPROACH
In 2018, we leveled their social media growth flow, not only with their community, but also by boosting reach and engagement, causing steady growth. As a result, by the end of the year, seven additional Caribbean countries joined the scope and we started managing their social media accounts, whose reach and engagement exceeded initial expectations.
For the creative campaign, we developed a concept for Mother’s Day and a full-on global campaign. We also worked on campaigns for Black Friday and Christmas.
RESULTS
Working hand-in-hand with KitchenAid’s global marketing team, we did not only reach our original goal KPIs, but also surpassed them by over 100%. We were able to boost engagement, interactions, and reach for the Latam region, implementing consistent campaigns that generated brand awareness through instructional posts about KitchenAid products. Thanks to an excellent administration and results, we closed 2018 with seven new countries in our scope of work.
