Xerox, an American global corporation that sells print and digital document products and services, wanted to increase their sales through their distributors in the Latam region.
PARTNER’S NEEDS
To do so, they needed a way to not only incentivize these sales and keep the resellers motivated, but they also wanted an open communication channel to be able to better connect with them.
APPROACH
MarketLogic has been running the Connex Incentive Program since 2015, a digital platform that works on a regional level, where Xerox’s resellers receive launch news, products to push each quarter, points earned and official communications from the company.
RESULTS
The platform is currently available in 35 countries, in both English and Spanish, with hundreds of active users and a very efficient reward delivery system.
