
PARTNER’S NEEDS
The goal was to put together an event to present the client’s solutions, leaving attendees with a great experience, and use it as a way to build a larger pipeline.
APPROACH
MarketLogic developed a unique experience for the attendees of the banking sector during 3 days. The event took place in the city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. We accompanied the guests from different countries from the moment they arrived at the airport through the last activity in the agenda.
We started the event with dinner at the prestigious restaurant “Pata Negra” by Paco Roncero, Spanish chef recognized for having three Michelin stars. The event also had eight top-of-the-line speakers. Simultaneously, we organized a “Hackaton”, where seven teams were part of the development of Startup prototypes focused on banking. We closed the event with a tour of the Bay of Cartagena on the Gaira Sailboat.
RESULTS
We managed to get an attendance of 24 C-Levels (VP, CIO, Managers, Directors); 24 prototypes of SCP platform were generated during 24 hours of Hackaton; 80% of MQL. Additionally, we provided 8 premium speakers, the event was covered by national media and it appeared over +10 times in different media outlets.
