Because of COVID-19, target users become more demanding and digital. Many companies needed a reliable infrastructure that could always meet their needs, but remotely and with very specific requirements.
PARTNER’S NEEDS
Due to the global pandemic, leads were harder to reach and an overwhelming amount of digital events and activities available to them made it even harder to get their attention.
APPROACH
We developed a strategy based on a disruptive and different message that arrived at the front door. The pandemic pushed us to our homes and in front of the computer, but, soon enough, we realized it created a whole new level of difficulty to reach our targets. That’s why we created the Primera SmartBox.
Delivered at your front door with a whole experience inside the box. The concept was to build, so we sent half of a lego structure, a video, a little information card, and a contact card to set up a personal meeting, because we had the other half.
