Partnerd program ups the ‘nerd’ factor, providing the tools, education, and resources needed to succeed for MSPs.
Nerdio has significantly revamped its Partnerd partner program. The program was introduced in May of 2021. These program upgrades include new tier structures and benefits, all to better serve the SMB channel.
“We launched Partnerd originally in May 2021,” Joseph Landes, chief revenue officer and co-founder, Nerdio, told Channel Futures. “It was received well. Since then, it has helped a lot of our partners to grow alongside the interest in remote and hybrid work. However, since that time there have been some big industry shifts. [These have impacted] the ways that MSPs run their businesses, the vendors they trust, and more.”
Landes says that if you are an MSP looking around thinking, “what services / platforms / providers do I hang my hat, and my business on, next,” to look no further.
“With Nerdio, you can invest in all of the automation and intelligent auto-scaling needed to feel confident in managing your clients’ cloud infrastructure and all of the applications and desktops delivered via it. And with the benefits Partnerd provides and our unique hands-on approach, you can maximize your cloud investment and scale your cloud operations and environments far faster than anything natively offered by the big cloud providers.”
Landes says that Nerio is investing heavily to make transitioning to Microsoft Azure the obvious choice for MSPs.
“With the advancements Microsoft is making around cloud technologies and programs, it is an invigorating time to be part of the Microsoft ecosystem,” says Landes. “We believe the new Partnerd program provides unparalleled benefits that are not available anywhere else in the channel. It will propel a whole new class of MSPs to grow alongside Azure and Microsoft and achieve success as a cloud partner.”
Partnerd program tiers are calculated based on a partner’s level of investment with Nerdio. This way, the benefits, product discounts, MDF, and event experiences offered increase as partners move up in tier.
As part of the new Partnerd program, enrolled MSP partners will receive:
“We have been providing innovative virtual desktop cloud solutions for nearly 20 years and believe Nerdio is unrivaled when it comes to providing MSPs the resources necessary to create and manage compelling and competitive Azure offerings,” said Paul O’Brien, CTO and founder, Lucidity. “The changes to the Partnerd program reflect not only Nerdio’s continued strong commitment to the partner community they’ve carefully cultivated, but also their savvy grasp of what partners must do to set themselves up for success with Microsoft’s partner program.”
Partners can level up tier-wise by meeting the required spend limit. This will increase the amount of internal use licenses, license discounts, Go-Live Engineer deployments, and certifications. Partners can then boost their investment with Nerdio to achieve greater ROI. All of this is done sooner, while building and scaling their Azure practice.
Nerdio plans to announce more program changes, these specific to enterprise partners, toward the end of 2022.
