About Kaspersky:
Kaspersky is a Russian multinational company dedicated to cybersecurity, with a presence in approximately 200 countries worldwide. Its headquarters are in Moscow, Russia, while the holding company is registered in the United Kingdom.
Context
The goal was to create a co-branded incentive project with CT Internacional (a wholesaler with significant presence across the country), stimulating sales and encouraging salespeople to prioritize Kaspersky to increase the sales of renewals and selected products by the brand.
Approach
An incentive strategy was developed to strengthen the sense of belonging and loyalty among salespeople towards Kaspersky. The incentive program covered 100% of the client’s and participants’ needs. The program included a participation platform, point accumulation, dynamics, communications, and a welcome kit.
