PARTNER’S NEEDS
Datavision wanted to show the integration of HPE, VMware, Microsoft and Intel into their technology services tool by powerfully capturing the attention of the audience with a technical event, which more than an experience, generated value in knowing the power of HPE Simplivity, which is one of the platforms with the highest resilience to support private and hybrid clouds.
APPROACH
Part of the brief was to come up with a demonstration of the technological solution that would be presented at the event in order to deliver a value proposition for the potential clients that was as aligned as possible with the brand.
From the name of the event, passing through the creative process, to the execution, we thought of every little detail: e-marketing set; personalized invitations; telemarketing; venue; welcome kits; networking area; stage; dynamic and interactive presentation; branding; and giveaways, putting all eyes on the solution.
RESULTS
We exceeded the original attendance goal by 30%. The leads from the telemarketing campaign were successfully delivered to Datavision’s sales team for future use. In the end, we managed to get attendees to interact and take away not only a great experience, but the best technological solution.
