One cybersecurity company’s $22 million July acquisition was its largest to date.

This summer proved there’s no slowdown in deal activity, as our latest M&A addition for July shows. We’ve selected nearly a dozen companies to showcase because their mergers or acquisitions highlighted trends in the market.

Deals in the cybersecurity space stood out, especially for Cerberus Sentinel and Huntress. Both have been on recent acquisition sprees; one will expand talent and capabilities to help MSPs and MSSPs while the other will grow its managed security platform. Find out which one will be doing which.

As for telecommunications/5G, one company is considering selling its managed service business. The proposed deal is a curious one because the business generates half a billion dollars in annual revenue.
