Centreon is actively recruiting VARs and SIs in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Centreon partners now have access to its updated On Partner Program as part of its new partner-first strategy.

Onboarding, technical and sales enablement, and certification are available through the Centreon Academy for Partners. Sales tools, technical training and market insights are also available.

Since 2015, Centreon has grown more than 35% per year. It has 200,000 users and 600 MSP and enterprise clients worldwide. The company provides business-aware IT monitoring.

Eryk Markiewicz is Centreon‘s chief marketing officer.

“We launched the first partner initiative in 2017, aligned with our international expansion and growth,” he said. “Circa 2017, Centreon was 40 people strong and our partner framework looked different for a purely European expansion. It was without the systems and processes in place today that we’ve been building since expanding globally, including North and Latin America in 2018 and 2019. For 2021, we’ve tailored our learning management system (LMS) and partner relationship management (PRM) tools that have been added recently. Past 2021, the program will continue to evolve as we continue to grow.”

Partner Feedback Key

Centreon updated the partner program based on feedback from partners over three years, Markiewicz said.

“It allows our partners to be a lot more proactive with the updated systems and resources,” he said. “For instance, there are new tools that increase efficiency, better address customer needs, and tailor the program to partner-focused services. Now that the partner program is more scalable and still partner-first, it helps to cover a larger geographic market for partners to own.”

With more resources available, partners can be more proactive and have better access to training, while still tailoring their unique message to market, Markiewicz said.

“Plus, the LMS is a mirror of our own onboarding process,” he said. “It provides partners with the same training and enablement tools our own people have. It provides a real extension for partners.”

According to Gartner, the global IT operations market will reach $49 billion by the end of 2024, with an annual growth of 7.3%. Post COVID-19, the world will continue to increasingly rely on IT, leaning on service providers to fill gaps.

”Partners continue to play an invaluable role at Centreon,” said Marc-Antoine Hostier, Centreon’s chief revenue officer. “We are accelerating our investments to become the best company to do business with in our space. We are actively recruiting VARs and SIs in EMEA, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, and will extend our partner program to more partner types such as distributors, global outsourcer and system integrators (GOSIs) and consulting firms in 2021.”
