Thus, our Trade-Marketing services are key for optimizing sales opportunities through the following solutions:
- Knowledge Generation of the business through retail visits: our competitive advantage is that we not only have resources in each market but we have also developed a web tool that allows us to report each point of sale in real time.
- Training programs: MarketLogic develops educational content in the format that best meets the client’s need (e-book, printed material, USB drive, etc.). The client provides us with the information available (white papers, website resources, marketing materials, etc) and we do the rest.
- Incentive plans: providing incentives to sales people is an effective way to positively affect sales. Our incentive plans are flexible and adapt to each client’s business model. MarketLogic will develop the plan, management web tool, interaction with the participants, purchasing process and awarding of prizes to the winners, etc.
- “Mystery Shopper” Programs: The term “Mystery Shopper” refers to MarketLogic representatives who interact with the sales people assuming the role of a normal consumer. These programs have two objectives: they may be used as research to analyze and optimize procedures or, as in the majority of cases, to provide incentive to the sales people to communicate a particular sales message to all their clients (in this case, the sales people know that there is a Mystery Shopper, but since they do not know who it is, they communicate the promotion to all clients.)
